Keg @ Haket. Hazy golden with a frothy offwhite head. Light estery fruity nose with soft bready cereal malts, mealy apples, red pears & hay. Tiny sweet, tiny bitter & slightly fruity taste. Draught at Haket, Göteborg, on March 11, 2017.Clear pale golden color, white head. Malty, a bit fruity scent. Sweet, fruity, elderflower taste. Elderflower aftertaste. Medium a bit flat mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Keg @ haket. Clear reddish brown with a small offwhite head. Soft very pleasant caramel apple nose with toffee, red pears, soil & light green herbs. Slightly sweet, tiny bitter, malty, fruity & floral. Soft, round, tiny astringent & tiny watery mouthfeel. Keg @ Haket. Almost clear brown pour with a small creamy beige head. Caramel & bread malts with solid herbal hop notes. Light grapefruit. Tiny bitter & tiny sour taste. Round slightly dry mouthfeel. Tap at Haket. Clear golden with white head. Citrus, hay and perfume dominates aroma and taste. Some brett character to it but no overly so. Quite light, peppery finish.

Very solid unblended lambic character. Make more, blend and make me a gueuze!
