On tap at PWBF’14. Deep dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma is light spicy, grainy, dark fruits, malts, nuts, roasted malts. Flavor is sweet, malty, dark fruits, hint of coffee and roast, burnt caramel, light-bitter finish with some alcohol. Medium-bodied. OK stuff.

Draught at the brewpub
Black color with creamy brownish head. Mild aroma of roasted malt. Dry mouthfeel, with roasted malt flavor, ashy but not exaggerated; correct bitterness; the yeast provides a spicy character that goes through even in this black beer.
Nice.

Draught at the brewpub, 7.5% ABV
Hazy light amber color with creamy head. The aroma is delicate, fruity, some bubblegum. Lean body, simple malt flavor, with light fruity touch and correct bitterness; light hop resins in the end; it has some yeast spiciness, but better under control than the others.
A bit unrefined but pleasant.

Hazy light amber color with creamy head. Nice delicate hoppy aroma, zesty. Smooth mouthfeel, the malt flavor is there, grassy hops too, strong bitterness, zesty hops again; but this one as well has still too much yeast, and some astringency in the end.
On the right track, but still unpolished.

Dull amber color, cloudy, with creamy head. Nice aroma of malt and hops, but with some yeast too. Dryish mouthfeel, with a strong green impression, powdered hops and yeast; strong bitterness; this leads to a metallic finish.
Chaotic.

Clear caramel colour, white head. Aroma of raisins, dried fruits, light malts. Sweet flavour, caramel, sweet apple syrup, hint of bitterness. Very fizzy. Finish malts and raisins. Bit unbalanced, but not bad.

Bottle shared by Dutchdrebus @ weekly tasting. Clear orange to light reddish color, soapy off-white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste malts, slightly a touch of caramel, slightly raisins, some sweetness. High carbonation, average body.
