Bottle at WW3. Poured a hazy dark reddish brown with a broken white head. The aroma is weak dry yeast and malt. The flavour is big yeast and alcohol. Not bad at all from a small brewery.

Sampled from bottle @ WWT III. Hazy dark reddish color, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, cardboard, sweetish, overripe fruits. Average body and carbonation. Not nearly as good as the beers I’ve tried from them when I visited.

On tap at the brewpub. The brewer described it as a bottom fermented cross between a wit beer and a pilsner. Thick creamy white head. Cloudy golden blond pour. Very refreshing and easy to drink. Slight lingering bitterness. Nice.
