Tap @ Lammetjesdag, Studio. Besides the wonderful appearance of the barlady, there was not much springjoy in this beer. Sampled @ PINT Winterbierfestival Gouda 2013. Hazy yellow color, small off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, lightly herbs and spices, lightly alcohol. Medium body and carbonation.

On tap @ PRZH Winterbier Fest. Light amber color, white head. Aroma’s: Sulphur, fruit, sugar/sweet. Flavor is medium sweet. Thin bodied. Not much going on in the finish. Aroma was really off. For the rest: not much flavor at all.

Sampled at Gouda Winterbier festival. Pours hazy orange with an off white head. Aroma of yeast, flour, citrus and coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle. Hazy golden color, thick cream colored head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of fruity anise. Taste is anise and sweet caramel.
