Swing-top bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Cerar Family. Aroma is grassy, grainy and floral. Pours clear pale golden color with large soapy white head and average sparkling appearance. Tastes refreshing grainy, biscuity, yeasty and herbal with smooth and mild spicy mouthfeel and medium bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Bavarian almost heaven…

Appearance: Cloudy amber with a tall off-white frothy head good retention. Aroma: Rich esters including ripe banana, bread, slightly toasted, vegetal hop, distant clove. Taste: Medium dry, bready, estery. Banana, apples & pears, toast, a bit grassy. Not much clove. light ending hop bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, appropriate carbonation. Summary: Good.

From bottle. NA notes, lemon, grain. Dry bitterness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry bitter finish. Dry crisp low gravity beer, not bad.

Pours a hazy deep amber (almost brown) body and a rocky off white head with little retention. Aroma's of caramel, bready malts, a bit of fruit. Retronasal follows this. Flavour is light sweet with a touch of fruity sourness. Light bodied. Firm carbonation (too much for a Kellerbier, but it doesn't bother me). Light bitter finish. Pleasant enough.

Swing top bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Cerar family. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, nuts and vanilla. Pours clear brown color with thick creamy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and lightly roasted malt, follows by chocolate and nuts, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is light bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Really a good one…
