Poured from the bottle, at Beer & Food Attraction 2023, in Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish amber, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely alcoholic, malty. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is intensely sweet. Final is fairly long and still sweet.

Swing-top bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Cerar Family. Aroma is grassy, grainy, caramelly and floral. Pours clear golden color with thin creamy white head, nice lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet malty, following is grassy, slightly medicinal and citrusy, mouthfeel is dry, while finish is average bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Not so bad, but not special as well…

Taste starts sweet malty, following is refreshing citrusy and bready, mouthfeel is smooth and a bit crisp, while finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. At least it doesn’t feel so artificial compared to mass produced radlers…
