Aroma has maple and cinnamon with dark grains, a light nuttiness and a touch of roast coming through. Flavor has pecan and dark grains with growing bourbon and maple supporting.

Aroma has dark grains with some earthy roast and a touch of an oyster note coming through. Flavor has strong dark grains with a growing roast and an earthy oyster underlying.
