Fruit sour (with peach) from a craft brewery in Minnesota, tasted from tap at BeerTemple in Amsterdam during Carnivale Brettanomyces. Thin and quickly opening, snow white ring on a straw blonde beer with vague khaki hue. Aroma of lemon flesh and white peach, cucumber, sourdough, pickled gherkins, buttermilk, gooseberries, chalk. Crisp, sour onset, more unripe and white peach than any yellow peach sweetness, fizzy carb, soft wheaty soapiness and cereally middle dried by the fruity and lactic sourness, ongoing chalky note; drying sourness in the finish, bit lemony and unripe stonefruit-like, very quenching. Enjoyable modern American blonde sour.
