Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a chocolate brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of coffee and roasted malts supported by bitter dark grains. Flavor does a nice job combining roasted malts, coffee and sweet chocolate with roasted malts backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber gold with an off white head that dissipates it the edges. Aroma has lots of clove and Belgian yeast with sweet grains and light fruit underlying. Flavor as has a combination of grain, Belgian yeast, light fruits and a hint of clove.
