Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a chocolate brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of coffee and roasted malts supported by bitter dark grains. Flavor does a nice job combining roasted malts, coffee and sweet chocolate with roasted malts backing.

Samples from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy dark amber with an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of apple, Belgian yeast, candied sugar and sweet grains. Flavor has a combination of apple, sweet grains, Belgian yeast and a bit of flora backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy earthy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a musty grain with some sweet corn and a light grass note. Flavor is sweet with light fruits and sweet grains as well as a slight cereal note.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber gold with an off white head that dissipates it the edges. Aroma has lots of clove and Belgian yeast with sweet grains and light fruit underlying. Flavor as has a combination of grain, Belgian yeast, light fruits and a hint of clove.
