Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours jet black with think dark brown head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has maple and cinnamon with dark grains, a light nuttiness and a touch of roast coming through. Flavor has pecan and dark grains with growing bourbon and maple supporting.

Sampled from nitro at the brewpub. Pours black a clear near black with a cascading milky brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has dark grains with some earthy roast and a touch of an oyster note coming through. Flavor has strong dark grains with a growing roast and an earthy oyster underlying.

Aroma has light mango and slightly sweet citrus with sweet grains and a hint of melon underlying. Flavor has a mango and citrus combination with a touch of melon and sweet grain backing.
