Grasig, vielleicht etwas erdig, einfach stimmig. Fantastisches Bier, hier stimmen die Aromen einfach! 10/12/13/12/10/12

Warning! Early amateur rating! English labekl - ’Dragons Blood’ (Zimbus Drachenblut). Cloudy dark brown beer. Mild carbonation. Some Belgian brown like sourness, fruity and zesty with a lingering pleasant aftertaste.

50cl bottle. Poured golden color with a white head, some lacing. Aroma is quite malty and grassy. Flavor is similar, sweet malty, but also some noticeable hop flavor. Finish is slightly bitter. Drinkable, but nothing special. --- Beer merged from original tick of Helles on 05 Jan 2023 at 13:22 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6. 50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured slightly hazy golden/orange color, frothy white head. Aroma is malty and slightly sweet. Flavor is caramel malt, minerals and some fruitiness. Bitter hoppy finish. This was a really nice kellerbier, fresh and drinkable.

Bottled (as ZImbus Drachenblut). Golden colour with a big foamy off-white head. Aroma is bready malts, some slight sweeter maltyness as well as some saltwater and mild grassyness. Flavour is a bit saltwatery along with a quite strong maltyness as well as some slight bitterness. Pleasantly balaced.
