hazy dirty amber color with excellent grapefruit and tangelos with underlying funkiness but citrus dominates a lot. Very tart and dry nose. The palate is very citrusy, very tart, lots of funkiness and barrel character is very minimal.

lots of green pepper coffee dryness with cream ale sweetness. Well balanced. Can. A- Passion fruit, mild funk. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Tangy, salty, lemongrass, coriander, passion fruit, pineapple, mango. P- Light body, average texture, high carbonation, tangy finish. O- Very nice. Fairly light and refreshing. Definite salt character but backed up with plenty of tart tropical fruits. Good.

Keg at the taproom. Pours clear light golden with a white cap. Aroma: smoked malt, dough, bread, yeast. Taste: light, crisp, light to moderate sweet & light bitter, smoked meat, grainy malts. Light to medium boy with soft carbonation. Decent smoked helles. .
