Sample from cask at the tap room. Hazy yellow-orange color with a medium fluffy white head that recedes gradually to a dense film. Sticky small patches of lacing. Aroma of wheat, coffee and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of roasted coffee, wheat and malt. The finish is wheaty and lightly spicy with a mild coffee aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the tap room. Brown-black color with a medium thick foamy tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Roasted coffee, chocolate malt and subtle pepper in the nose. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, coffee, fudge and chili pepper. The finish is roasty and peppery with a spicy aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Sample at the tap room. Dark brown color with a medium beige head that recedes gradually to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, dark chocolate and coffee. Medium body with flavors of roast malt, bittersweet chocolate, earthy yeast and a bit of brine. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the tap room. The beer is a slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, berries and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Full-bodied with flavors of roasted coffee, dark malts, chocolate and sweet coconut. The finish is roasty with a coconut coffee aftertaste. Enjoyable beer all around.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a clear orange color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of herbal yeast, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrus, peppery yeast, floral hops and malt. The finish is fruity and spicy with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
