Draft - A beer I have always wanted, just wished it was better. Malty sweet and tart nose. Deep brown with a beige head. Lots of tamarind with a light tart finish, but not really a Berliner Weisse.

On tap at Seattle Winter Beer Festival 2014, pours a deep dark amber-tinged brown with a small white head. Aroma is very fruity, with red fruits, some tartness, and subtle tamarind. Flavour is not overly reminiscent of a Berliner, with notes of red fruits, light tartness and some lacto. Lightly tart and nicely fruity. Good stuff.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy amber color with creamy beige head. Like another beer from Outlander, this as well has some unfermented wort aroma and flavor; it has more components though, bolder body, some sweetness, malt flavor, strong bitterness.
Nice but imprecise beer.

Golden color, hazy, with creamy head. Nice aroma of malt, cookies, and delicate bourbon note. The mouthfeel is lean and dry; the malt flavor is not pronounced, but the vanilla and bourbon touch is interesting, blending well with the alcohol feeling.
Nice.

Hazy golden color with creamy head. Very nice aroma, toffee malts and hops. The mouthfeel is quite dry, weaker than expected; the malt flavor is not prominent, there is a bit of paper flavor too; strong bitterness, but just tiny hop quality.
Just another IPA.

Cloudy amber color with compact head. A pleasant beer, but there is too much aroma of unfermented wort, and the flavor as well has the same character; strong bitterness, a bit astringent in the final.

Black color with creamy head. Pleasant and dry Stout, with very light acidity. The aroma has notes of Belgian yeast.

Black color with creamy brownish head. There is some roasted malt and cardboard aroma, also a bit of sourness. Rather dry but smooth mouthfeel; roasted malt flavor, a bit astringent in the final, and with a light sourness, probably from the carob.
Pleasant, with some originality.
