Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear pale orange color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of floral hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of herbal hops and toasted malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

4oz draft at the brewpub. This beer was the highlight of the best place I visited on my trip to Seattle. This was just as it was supposed to be. Big sweet smokey nose combined with sweet maple and pulled off beautifully. Its like smoked maple syrup, sweet but not sugary. Loved drinking this beer.
