Keg at Café Proviant, Stockholm. Hazy deep golden, small head. Light hay aroma. Mid dry with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Hay, notes of butter and bread. Mid bitter finish. The clean mouthfeel prevents flavours from coming out and reduces drinkability.

Keg at the brewpub. Murky mahogany colour, minimal head. Really smoky nose with phenols and tar. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel, low carbonation. Smoked sausage, tar and banana skids. Fairly low bitterness. Almost Gotlansdricke-like with its low carbonation and all phenols and smoke, although malt here is smoked over beechwood and oakwood.

Keg at the brewpub. Lightly hazy golden, brief head. Fruity nose with mild grassy hops and light notes of butter. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded, firm mouthfeel. Mild grassy hops, some mouldy cookies. Low -medium bitterness. Glad to see such a well made, quaffable non-hipster style beer!
