Draught at the brewpub (Café Proviant) on August 7, 2014.Rather hazy copper oxide color, smallish tan to light brown (more tan) head. Malty, tangy, mineral, light bitter, fruity taste. Bready aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Malty, light hoppy, fruity, bisquit scent. Some Herrgårdsost (cheese), though non oxidized feeling to it.They intended this to be an English bitter, feels more like a fairly hoppy well balanced ale to me.
