From tap at Backer Bräu in Bucharest 10.09.23. Hazy straw colour. Diminishing white head. Fine aroma and taste of pale malt, grains, grassy hops, flowers, succade and a hint of yeast. A very good kellerbier!

A: malty, tangerine, bit buttery, orange, citrus floral, bit pine. Hazy dullish gold, white head. Smells of candied grapefruit, jammy pale malts, a hint of butterscotch and yeast. The taste is medium sweet, honey, hint of sweetish grapefruit marmalade, a light yeasty notes, super light citrus bitterness. A really lightweight slightly sweetish pale ale, with just a few minor off flavors. Drinkable.

Hazy amber, small off-white head. The aroma is sweet sugary malts, caramel and butterscotch, touch of earthy leafy hops. The taste is just as sweet and creamy, honey water, light grassy earthy hop. Quite clean, just brutally sweet.
