Bottled as Sawabi. Cream, lightly funky, peach sour, then later bit of creaminess. Interesting. Quite refreshing. Not sure it was supposed to be like this, but hey, it worked for me.

Draught at the brewery restaurant. Malty, caramel nose, with a bit of earth and chocolate. Bright amber orange color with a tall, fine head. Malty flavor, some earthiness, decent bitterness at the finish. Slightly dirty. Ok, but a bit bland. Not as special or interesting as the cream ale. Nice malt character and decent balance, though.

Draught at the brewery restaurant. Medium gold color, sparkling with a thick, fine 2 cm head. Served in something like a champagne glass, it looked great! Clean, fruity aroma, crisp, light malt, bread, grass, a touch of citrus and cream. Clean, light flavor. Creamy, smooth, soft but with slightly prickly carbonation. Bready malt, lemon, a touch of honey. Clean, good grassy hops and reasonably bitter finish. Mild but characterful. Could drink a ton, and goes well with Japanese food.
