Draught at the brewery. Deep, dark, honey yellow color. Strong lemon / citrus aroma, but bad, but not beer-like. Light, crisp, dry, and fruity. Not bad, but flavor also not at all beer-like. Asked the brewer if there was fruit added, and he said no. I was sure there must be.

Draught at the brewery. Cloudy medium brown color. Dry, earthy aroma with a bit of caramel and fresh fruit. Dry caramel nut flavor with a bit of dark chocolate and fruit. Dry, bitter, spicy finish. Light and a bit thin, though. Their best beer.

Draught at the brewpub. Nose of ume, apple cider. Highly carbonated. Very cider-like, but with a subtle ume flavor. Dry. Resembles a decent industrial cider. Ok, but could use more ume as well as more beer character.
