Bottle at Tim's tasting. I quite liked this, but it was a bit unremarkable. Not written much down. Caramel, light sweetness, bit fruity. What a boring rating.

light amber color. Big malty nose with bready and chocolate nose. Med full body, with a bit too much carbonation. Bready malty finish. Not too special, but not bad.

Pours dark reddish brown, mahogany, thin layer of foam. Aroma is very malty, dark fruits, some toffee and caramel. Quite thick. Taste is also quite nice, dark fruits, some bitterness coming from hops and roasted malts. Sweet and rough. Aftertaste ends up a with a sour and a bit watery note, lingering numb bitterness. Definitely the best I have had from Gassan, I actually like this.

Pours clear, golden yellow. Thin foam, does not stay for too long. Aroma is sweetish, has some grains and hay, sour note as well. Taste Is sweetish, thin-body, watery but not terrible. Light beer, drinks like water, not really special. Aftertaste has at least a bit of hop bite, bittering hops.

Pours pale amber, a bit of foam. Aroma has a touch of caramel. Taste is simple as well. Highly drinkable and sessionable - although not really that interesting.

Draught at Craft Beer Festival in Ichinoseki, 2011. Clear, fresh golden color. Aroma of nice biscuity malt, soft grassy hops. Right on style. Rich bready malt flavor, decent light bitterness, sweet, with a bit of lemon. Soft, though with a bit of carbonation. True to style.

Draught at the Craft Beer Festival in Ichinoseki, Iwate. Medium gold color with a thick, fine, head. Rather faint, malt-centered aroma. Fruity, medium malt richness with ok citrus hops. Slightly metallic with a decent, peppery finish. Not great.

Medium orange amber color. Floral hoppy nose with peachs and pears. Bitter start and a bitter finish. Rated with a cold so senses were far from peak.
