Tap at GJBF Osaka 2014. Bready nose, stone fruits, a bit weird and funky. Sweet, estery, flavor, fruity and cake-like. Not so great.

Draught at 2012 GJBF Osaka. Thin, lager-like appearance. Aroma of thinner, dust, and ass. Light citrus rind, but very unpleasant. Flavor is even worse: old moldy citrus with dust and butter. Very badly made beer.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours jet black with a pretty tan head. Nose is cocoa powder and roasted malt. Just a touch of acidity or acridity too. Dry and roasty with chocolate and a hint of vanilla and fruit. Dry as a bone finish. Light and crisp. Maybe a bit thin. Decent. Draught at 2012 GJBF Osaka. = 2.9 Looks nice, dark brown with a red tint. Nice nose, very milky, creamy, chocolate. Smells nice but the flavor is a bit watery, thin body, sweet milk, vanilla, a little chocolate. Body is bad and flavor thin. Not horrible.
