Tap at the Brewpub. Medium blond color, clear. Snappy C-hop nose, oranges, lemon. Sweet citrus flavor, orange, lemon, Sweet Tarts. Crisp and snappy with clean crackery malt.

Tap at the Brewpub. Brown-orange color, clear. Malty nose, some caramel and apple, spicy hops. Malty, bready, caramel and spices. Smooth, full body. Right on style.

Tap at the Brewpub. Clear amber-orange, low head. Spicy hop nose, bready, caramel malts. Sweet malt flavor, caramel, bread, nicely spicy UK hops. Decent stuff.

Tap at the Brewpub. Medium golden color. Clear. Low head. Crisp malt nose, lemony, herbal hops. Creamy, lemony flavor with a bit of sweetness and nice, crisp malt. Flavorful. Nice.

Tap at the Brewpub. Medium gold with light haze and a fine head. Creamy biscuit nose, some lemon. Sweet lemon and wheaty, creamy, corny biscuits. Simple, sweet, creamy. Really hits the style on the nose.

Tap at iBrew Shimbashi. Looks like pink grapefruit juice. Nose is lactose and grapefruit. Sweet and sour flavor, slick, lactose. Meh.

slightly hazy golden color. Dry hoppy nose with wheat and banana creame pie, fairly yeast. Smooth light body. Stewed apricots and bananas in the palate. Nice and refreshing but a touch simple. Still more authentic than many new world Saison.
