Guess which one? Sadly probably the last Nomcraft I’ll ever have, unless I come back to Japan someday! Glad I tried about half their beers. Rock on, drink up.

I’m sure these guys must fail once in awhile, but they never release those. This is as good as ever. Clean and smooth, with a crisp finish. White pepper.

Nice enough. Bit spicy. Aroma of bo. Taste is quite bitter, quite hoppy. Bot of something tropical lingering at the back. But maybe the bitterness overwhelms everything.

Cacao Blend Chocolate Coffee Stout from Nomcraft Brewing

Nomcraft Cacao Blend Chocolate Coffee Stout 5.5% Deep cola black with a rusty tan head and soft cacao aroma. The smooth medium body gives you a mocha latte coffee flavor with chocolate softening the flavors though you still get hints of roasted malts. Both of these are definite winners, seems like they’ve gotten their system dialed in since last I tried them. Good job guys.

Delightful stuff. Kinda hazy aroma, but full bitter funk inside. Hops win. Goes great with my bacon olive guacamole salad.

Was this brewed for Xmas? Great collab with Lompoc. Rye beers are quite touchy but this one is delicately balanced. Like half red/half rye IPA. Nice lil beer word search, too. 🍻
