Can/crowler from the brewery - overall impression is of a Belgian white with a subtle kiss of Brett - light and refreshing, with soft wheat malt - crisp, crackery - some lemony brightness through the middle, with subtle peppery spiciness and moderate coriander - Brett phenolics ride underneath throughout, adding subtle complexity, but not detracting (or distracting) from the light and refreshing nature of the beer - really nice beer.

Can fresh from the brewery - hazy light good - since this is such an intensely hoppy ale, the Belgian character is harder to notice at first - then, on the back end, you start to notice some light pepper and earthy/dusty character - very mild ester profile - these qualities get swallowed up again in the finishing hoppiness, but not is a bad or unenjoyable way.

16 oz. can filled from the tap at the brewery. Light, hazy, orange color, with a big, frothy, beige head. The aroma is milk chocolate, caramel candies, lime zest, straw, and roses. Sweet and very yeasty, with a bit of funky bitterness. Despite the nose, not tart or sour at all. Light to medium body, with a crisp, silky mouthfeel. This is an easy and very smooth beer, and truly unique. A beer that intrigues, but could be had in quantity.

Small pour at the brewery. Pours a bright, hazy, yellow color, with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is dust, blood orange, mango, vanilla, and pine. Not too sweet, with a sharp, citrusy bitterness. Crisp, aggressive, and tasty.

Can from the brewery - whoa, this is some dank-ass shit - they went all-in on that character with this one and it really shines - some tropical character riding underneath it all, finishing spicy - tight.

Can from the brewery - a kveik infused with fermented coffee, this is one wild beer - turbid gold - nose is an interest mix of robust coffee, light bugginess, rustic qualities - creamy and full in the mouth - there is a complex underlying funkiness throughout that compliments the light bitterness and rustic graininess of the beer - light acidity far in the back and subdued coffee character on the back end, with lingering funk - cool beer.

Can from the brewery - quite a nice little lager, this - borders on IPL territory, but given this brewer’s penchant for hoppy beers, this is not a surprise - the malt structure is clean, soft, supple, but there is s nice crisp mineral bite on the tail end - spicy, floral, and fruity hoppiness throughout, but especially in the finish, which is peppery and closes with some white grape - real nice to see more brewers being successful with lagers these days.

10 ounce at the brewery - super juicy and spicy, this one - opens with pepper, dankness, moving to juicy tropical fruit (mango, orange, papaya) - ends weedy and spicy - they once again OWN the hops.

10 ounce at the brewery - turbid gold - lovely texture of firm, tight bubbles - lightly tart and mildly funky, with notes of lime, melon rind, peach, white grape - super crushable, but also subtly complex - I love when a beer pulls that off!
