Can from the brewery - whoa, this is some dank-ass shit - they went all-in on that character with this one and it really shines - some tropical character riding underneath it all, finishing spicy - tight.

Can from the brewery - a kveik infused with fermented coffee, this is one wild beer - turbid gold - nose is an interest mix of robust coffee, light bugginess, rustic qualities - creamy and full in the mouth - there is a complex underlying funkiness throughout that compliments the light bitterness and rustic graininess of the beer - light acidity far in the back and subdued coffee character on the back end, with lingering funk - cool beer.

Can from the brewery - quite a nice little lager, this - borders on IPL territory, but given this brewer’s penchant for hoppy beers, this is not a surprise - the malt structure is clean, soft, supple, but there is s nice crisp mineral bite on the tail end - spicy, floral, and fruity hoppiness throughout, but especially in the finish, which is peppery and closes with some white grape - real nice to see more brewers being successful with lagers these days.

10 ounce at the brewery - super juicy and spicy, this one - opens with pepper, dankness, moving to juicy tropical fruit (mango, orange, papaya) - ends weedy and spicy - they once again OWN the hops.

10 ounce at the brewery - turbid gold - lovely texture of firm, tight bubbles - lightly tart and mildly funky, with notes of lime, melon rind, peach, white grape - super crushable, but also subtly complex - I love when a beer pulls that off!

Can fresh from the brewery - medium gold with a moderate haze - firm malt structure - lightly sweet to medium-dry - pepper, floral bitterness, dried herbs, light dankness, light white grape and pineapple - lingering pepper and herbs in a dry finish - another winner!

Crowler/can fresh from the brewery - turbid gold - this is some spicy, dank beer here - potent bitterness up front, followed by pepper, peach, orange - finishes like seriously dank weed, white th lingering spiciness - a little sharp compared to some of their other hoppy ales, but still quite nice.

Crowley/can fresh from the brewery - hazy straw color - foamy, thick lace - soft texture - this brewer continues to grow in his prowess with Brett - mildly sweet up front, soft notes of wheat, honey - dries out through the middle, bringing light pepper, coriander - finish is spicy, lightly funky, with some underlying melon, lemon, light buggy character - bright and vibrant throughout - tasty!

Tap at Goed Zuur. Cloudy pale gold with a low head. Nose is funky brett, grape, citrus fruit, something sake light that is a bit weird. flavor is grainy, sake, crreamy, funky, citrus. Something doesn't really come together in this for me, but it is interesting.
