On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light oak, with saison yeast, and light dry hopping. Flavour is very complex, with a wonderful interplay of oak, dry hopping and saison yeast. Oaky and wild, with lots of depth.

@ Hopwired. Dark brown without much head. Smells more on the sour and fruity side. Sweet and a little bit tart, fruity, and then bringing currants and chocolate. Better on the palate than the nose.

On tap at Aslan, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, light farmhouse character and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice farmhouse character upfront, with saison yeast and earthy notes. Nicely put together. Not usually a fan of dark farmhouse notes, but this works.

On tap at Aslan, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt, crisp crackery malt, and floral dry hopping. Flavour is quite floral on the dry hops, with biscuity malt and bready notes. Clean and easy, but nothing special.

Pretty good IPA. Aromaz Super Fresh juicy slightly weedy with a bit of malt. Flavors like nose although body's a touch thin. Excellent finish. Good drinking beer.

On tap at Aslan, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with toasted malt, coffee beans and a hint of lactose. Flavour is robust, with lots of espresso and lactose dominating upfront, backed by a moderate roasted malt base. Assertive and wonderfully balanced, despite a fairly high lactose sweetness on the finish.

On tap at Aslan, pours an opaque bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of floral and citrus dry hopping, with biscuity malt to back. Flavour is loaded with floral and citrusy dry hopping, with a soft biscuity malt base, and a lingering floral hoppy bitterness. Nice job on the dry hopping here. Solid.

On tap at Aslan, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted pecans and toasted malt. Flavour is rather muddled, with toasted pecans, toasted malt, and a hint of caramel sweetness. The pecans are there, but rather muted and end up making this jumbled. It's okay.
