Can from Cotteridge Wines; clear amber pour with a wild frothy off white head, aroma has light malt, taste has sweet malts, a hint of citrus, basic stuff.

On tap at Aslan, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank, resinous hops upfront, some pine and biscuity malt. Flavour is rather phenolic, with lots of booze, stone fruits and resinous hops. Rather messy, but pleasant enough. Needs refinement.

On tap at Aslan, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out... nothing, it's a Cali Common, okay, a bit of cereal. Flavour brings out astringent cereal graininess, not much else. Boring but clean and drinkable enough. Decent.

On tap at Aslan, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, light pine and biscuity malt. Flavour is filthy, with dank hops, pithy stone fruits and biscuity malt. Dirty yeasty character on the finish. Not the most refined. Okay.

On tap at Aslan, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grapefruit, not much else. Flavour isn't the most exciting even for a radler, with medium sweet grapefruit juice. Nothing special but decent.

On tap at Aslan, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out very dry cereal notes and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is very dry, with toasted biscuity malt and straw. Clean and drinkable but nothing special. Meh.

On tap at McGillicuddy’s Five Corners, Essex Junction, VT.
The appearance was a slight copper color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white foamy head that gently dissipated at a good pace.
The aroma blended some rye sweet and spiciness flowing on into some lime, and then underneath the ginger.
The flavor seemed to hit in the spicy department first and then the ginger and lime came through somewhat. Decent combined aftertaste flowing on in through the aftertaste and into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt fine. Ginger and rye don’t distract in too much spicy harshness along my tongue, felt good for the most part.
Overall, since I’m a fan of ginger and rye, I liked it for the most part. Did the lime assist in the enjoyment of this one? Well, I guess so. I’d have this one again.
