On tap at St. Augustine's, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly light, with medium roasted malt characterizing this. Flavour is medium bodied, with medium roasted malt presence. Pretty monolithic but it delivers well on what it sets out to do. Solid if unspectacular stout.

Draught at Stateside Craft, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color, compact head. Simple Ale with light residual sweetness, and mild tangy orange touch, correct bitterness, a bit pithy in the final.
Not a bad beer, but not needed either.

Black color, brown head. The aroma is roasty, and a bit yeasty, cheesy. Good body strength, lean mouthfeel, limited residual sweetness; smooth, nice roasted malts and some dark chocolate. Balanced. Pleasant.

Draught at Stateside Craft, Vancouver; 14oz
Hazy dark blond color with small compact head. Mild aroma of tropical and citrusy hops, not bad, nut usually Mosaic can perform better; and some chicken. Lean body, fairly dry, nice malts, a bit crispy, not getting in the way of the hop, and in the flavor the Mosaic is more expressive, tangy, pungent, fruity, juicy, a bit dank. Well balanced. Powerful, modern, easily drinkable.
Very good.

Blond, very cloudy, with compact head. A bit of hops on the aroma, but mild and shallow with the malts; ends with a tickling feeling.
Easy pale ale.

Sample at Hoof Hearted during the "Koffüry Imperial Coffee Stout Release" on 05/01/2016. Clear golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit, grassy hops and malt. Light body with flavors of mild hops, bready malt and a bit of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
