On tap at Aslan, pours a dark mahogany with a tiny head. Nose is sweet and sour, with dark stone fruits, lactic notes, vinegar, and sweet and sour notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of lacto upfront, followed by sweet and sour dark fruits. Not the most complex sour, but it's quite competent and enjoyable. Good stuff.
