Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of huge citrus hops, candied citrus, toffee malts. The taste is toffee, earth, citrus and herbal notes. Slightly off balance, lingering bitterness, low carbonation. Nice beer.

Served on draft at the brewery. I wrote this in my notes as "turkey burger." HAH! Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized white fizzy head. Good head retention. Aroma of tart citrus, caramel and a faint lactic note. The taste is wheat, citrus and a tart finish. Medium bodied and refreshing. Pretty basic, but good.

Handpull cask at the source, courtesy of Bruce, thank you! Hazy amber color, thick off white large bubble head. Aroma of pine and vanilla. Taste is very bittersweet vanilla, pine, citrus. A very odd combination. The vanilla dominates the aroma and flavor.

Draft at the source. Very dark brown color, small beige head. Aroma of coffee grounds and burnt toast. Taste is smooth roasted coffee and chocolate at first, then ashes and campfire. Holy cow! Very creative.

Draft at the source. Kicked the keg with this one. Hazy pale yellow color, scant white head. Aroma of stinky feet and belly button. Taste is slightly salty and sour lemons. A decent enough example of the style, very refreshing on a hot day.

Handpull cask. Hazy golden yellow color, small white head, solid lacing. Aroma of citrus, pineapple, grass. Taste is mildly funky lemongrass, not bad.
