16 oz can poured. Cool to see this Matchless can really making the rounds. More people need to know about this gem of a brewery we have in my halfway checkpoint between Seattle and Portland. I haven't completely adjusted to this style that's still new to me, but this is a solid beer as an overall. It sure lives up to the fancy name. It is far from ordinary. A pale blonde pour with haze. A thick mousse foam head. A beautiful can. Very dry as expected. A fruitiness to the hop profile. Cereal grains as much as anything has ever been. Dry and sharp front, but a cool cream body linger. A slick transition between the two. A really interesting product here. Fun collab. Enjoyed this.

08/16/18, nice lemony hazy one for a sunny Sunday. Crisp and refreshing. Juicy hop nose and front.

Somewhat disappointing. Clear gold colour with white head. Light, faint even citrus and spice aroma. Not much there. Taste somewhat flat a little malt with a very thin finish.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Hazy, lighter pale golden color, active fizz head. A nice hop aroma that is on the fruity side. A bit of a dry IPA if I'm comparing it to other Matchless offerings. Citrus, grassy hops throughout, and a nice profile for sure. I thought it was a bit sweet at first, but that faded. Soft melon, and a hinted bitter linger. Refreshing IPA. Pretty good.

16 oz can poured. More proof that Matchless is good at a lot more than IPA's. Also cool to see something from Geaux come around my local. Haven't gotten my hands on anything from them since they moved down south. A bright and clean orange pour. Sticky fizz head and lacing. A nice bready malt bill here. A flavorful Oktoberfest. Just a hint of spice to this, I'm guessing from the rye addition. Smooth and tasty brew, with that lingering bready malt taste. Nice beer here.

16 oz can poured at Hop and Hound, as part of my "there is no way this isn't amazing" series. What a collab this is! Canned 9/24. Will never refuse a fresh hop canned the week of. So much juicy hop character. It never ends. Melon front, mixed juicy fruit. If the gum was ever made into a fresh hop brew. It pours a golden color with a dabbling haze. Cool melon and tropical fruit linger. Some peach notes from this hop combo it seems. Thicker body IPA. Smooth and absolutely delicious. I just want to drink all of the cans of this. My favorite fresh hop of the year by far.

Can - Mandarin and some mango notes. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Light citrus and a nice light finish. Pretty mellow and easy drinking. Not the huge juicy citrus bombs which is a nice change.

Bottle at Erik's
Opaqua brown colour. Mild earthy aroma. Oily mouthfeel, Belgian yeast esters, anise, celery, sweet malt base, and booze burn.
Lame mess.
