Nice aroma of citrus fruit and something tropical. Taste is refreshing and tart, much the same as the aroma. Touch of grain behind the sourness. It’s alright! Further down gets much nicer. Apricot with the citrus.

Bottle. Nose is medium to strong ginger, chocolate, caramel. Medium orange-brown with a light haze and a low, tight head. Flavor is ginger and caramel. The ginger is in control and quite pleasant. The malt is nice, though a bit thinner than I hoped, with some mineral touches. Body is medium to light, could be fuller as it is cold out this winter day, but it stays light and crisp. Rather bitter, spicy finish seems to be ginger plus a fair bit of bittering hops, maybe a bit too much. Any hop flavor or nose is smothered by the ginger. Altogether not bad at all for a new brewery. Nothing seems off, and the ginger is well used.

very muddy brown amber color. Looks pretty bad. Some faint lactose and peach notes in the nose. Good low carbonation mouth feel with almost no flavor. Most boring ne ipa ever.
