22 ounce bottle. Pours a cloudy amber orange color with a Large rocky beige head. Sweet caramel malt nose with notes of vanilla, baked apple and cinnamon. Sweet toasted malt flavor has obvious hints of allspice, nutmeg and caramel malt. Light spicy hops come through in finish. Nicely done.

Draft at GABF. Pours dark brown with tan head. Nose and taste of roast chocolate, caramel, vanilla and sweet chocolate. Medium body.

On tap at GABF 2012. Pours with a clear golden orange hued body with an off-white head. Aromas are of sour cream, light malt, pie spices. Flavors are of astringent spice, nutty, clove and quite bitter. Low malt, off-dry and tannic. Sour cream, mildly estery, lively carbonation.

GABF 2012. Pours with a black hued body and a tan head. Aromas are of chocolate milk, mint, earthy, Thin Mints, light mineral dryness. Flavors are of toothpaste, mint, very light on the chocolate. Mild roast, cooling sensation on the palate. Medium carbonation.

On tap at GABF 2012. Pours with a black hued body and a lasting tan head. Aromas are dusty, nutty, cocoa, lightly earthy with some distinct buttery notes. Flavors are dry and chocolatey with low roast, peanuts and almost a coconut note. Medium viscosity, off-dry.

22 ounce bottle. Opaque black color with a medium-sized rocky beige head. Aroma is chocolate, peanut butter and coffee. Rich bittersweet roasted malt flavor has notes of dark cocoa and peanuts. Creamy mouthfeel and rich stout flavor. Bitter hops come through at finish. Complex and unique.
