Dark with a brown head. Aroma is minty, chocolate, and light roasted malts. Medium bodied. Flavor is much like a Girl Scout Thin Mint. Chocoalte, minty, light roasted malts, and a bit of toast. I thoroughly enjoyed this beer and could happily put a few down in an evening. Sure, it’s a gimmick, but it’s one that worked quite well, IMO.

My kind of APA. +++Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy bright amber color with a medium sized foamy orange-white head that left some lacing. The aroma was moderately strong sweet pineapple and grapefruit. The flavor was sweet and tangy caramel with sugar and moderate notes of pineapple, grapefruit and a hint of lemon. The finish was long with sugar, caramel and pineapple lingering. Fairly full bodied. Very drinkable.
