Tap at Japan Brewers Cup 2020. Pitch black, shiny, brown thick head. Creamy chocolate nose, woody, coffee, plums. Fruity, rich, lots of umami in the flavor, seeming a bit old style that way, some soy, chocolate, coffee. Very nice.

Clearish gold with a rich white head. Lots of aromatics, anise and green herbs. Lots of herbs and spices with an underlying anise note throughout. Quite well balanced for all the crap in it.
