Fresh fruity nose. The cider start fresh and fruity. Very dry and very intense. Sourish tart apples with an intense fruity body. Not too tart or sour, very round and deep. Fresh fruity apples, Nice tart and sourish in the aftertaste. Great complexity for a Frankfurt cider. Deep and sourish aftertaste. Intense complex apples. Great!

Out of a Bembel at the bar. Weich moderate Säure. Fruchtig-milde frische Äpfel, mild voller, aber nicht zu tiefer Körper. Sehr süffig. Weich-milder Nachgeschmack, fruchtig, nicht zu tief aber süffig. Lecker.
