750 ml bottle from Furusato nozei. Champagne yeast-like nose, light apple, light grape, dry and plain. PRetty medium gold, bubbly. Fresh apples up front with some sweetness mid palate, Strangely yeasty thereafter and a bit funky. Light tartness, light barnyard or something of the sort, hay. Don7t think it is naturally fermented but something more interesting is happening here than in the other bottle, which was lame. Refreshing, light, with a dry finish. Not really special but not bad.

750 ml bottle from furusato nozei. Dry nose, apples, whitr grape, champagne, skin. Dry, lightly fruity, light apple and grape. Little to no acidity or tannin. This seems like a very typical Fuji apple + champagne yeast cider, which means it tastes more like a cheap cava than any real cider. Fizzy and quite lame. Actually, flavor is somewhat strangely nutty, too, and worse than your typical one.
