Tap at Japan Brewer's Cup 2018. Still had a bit of a cold, so my palate may not have been quite right. Fruity, hoppier than the lager, simple malt bill though and a bit worty. Thin and seems a bit too young.

Tap at Japan Brewer's Cup 2018. Still had a bit of a cold, so my palate may not have been quite right. Rich Czech malt nose, biscuits, light diacetyl. Sweet, somewhat young and a bit worty, simple, nice biscuity malt. Low hops. Fully body and a bit oily. Slightly too much diacetyl but decent.

toasted malt nose with no notice yuzu character. Dry, modestly bitter mouth with good cereal notes and faint yuzu. Not sure if the yuzu should be more obvious or not. Not bad.

murky dark brown color. Very light nose, orange isn’t noticeable. Nice chocolate character balanced with orange character. Everything is well balanced and not over whelming. Nice

medium dark brown color. Very little nose. Nice mochachinno character goes across the palate. Modest hoppiness, dry mochachinno and slightly fruity finish. A bit fruitier than expected at the finish but pretty authentic Czech dark lager.

Medium golden color. Frothy white head. Dry, fairly grassy hoppy nose. Very clean crisp, hoppy, grassy, dry bitterness that stretches across the palate. Fantastic bitter finish. Top notch. A bit fruitier than expected

deep golden color. Nice cereal malt and grassy hoppy nose. The mouth isn't quit as balanced as expected. Decent malt character, with modest hops but lacks a bit of bitterness. Good start
