Tap at Umineko. Roasty coffee nose. FLavor is dark chocolate and roasted wood, coffee. No off flavors, reasonably pleasant, but thin and watery.

Bottle, 750. Pale gold, almost still. Nose is apples, dry, minerals and must. Musty, minerally flavor, some mushrooms, some light citrus and cheese notes. Interesting. Rather mild, with a touch of sharpness in the finish.

Pours white yellow, light colour and some visible tiny particles flying around. Nose is soft with apples and apple-peels. Taste reveals quite dry drink, some sweetness there as well. Light apple flavours, fruity and feels natural, not much carbonation. Long dry finish. Enjoyed this one.
