Bottle. Thanks Davido. Loads of Bramley in the nose, touch of funk, nostalgic of childhood sweets and lollies somehow. Very nice. Tart and fruity. Good stuff!

750 bottle from 2013. Sweet apple nose, manure and other barnyard notes. This was a gusher with a huge head. Flavor is crackers, tart lemon, bready, salty, a bit oxidized by now, with some paper notes. Sweet with low acidity. Still decent but past its prime.

very cloudy. Very funky nose with yeasty apply nose but not too dry and a modest sweetness with a touch of caramel. A nice oakiness, with apples and fairly tartness. Very carbonated. Nice

cloudy light golden. Very funky nose with lots of acetone, apple skins, and huge tannin. Medium dry mouth with awesome tannin. Really well put together. Highly drinkable. lingering apple skins in the finish.

Bottle with Davido. Nose of apples, minerals, very funky farmhouse thing. Pale, cloudy yellow with lace. Tart and funky, apple, some vinegar. Light crisp and fun. To me, verging on a real scrumpy, with obvious wild yeast character and strong acidity. Most interesting Japanese cider I have had to date.
