Keyaki. Tastes like a English bitter. Lots of malt. Bit bland, but nice enough. Light caramel.

slightly sweet. Lots of tangerines and apples in the mouth. It's ok but a bit elementary.

Very light brown color. Big smoky and roasted malt character but the body is flimsy. Meh

Very light bitter grassy hoppy mouth. A bit more lemony and fruity then I would expect, but dry and hoppy and very lovely. A touch of buicuit in the finish. Nice stuff

Tap at Sapporo Craft Beer Forest. Pretty lace on top of shiny black beer. Umami and chocolate nose, rich. Sweet flavor with lots of chocolate and lots of umami and a touch of saltiness from the oysters. Nicely done stout, the best beer I have had from them to date.

Tap at Sapporo Craft Beer Forest. Mineral nose, grapefruit, light malts. Hazy Bronze color with lace. Light caramel flavor, with metal and rather bland hops. Seem more like UK hops, then I saw they were local. Meh.

Tap at Dig. Deep purply pink, very cloudy. Fruity, creamy nose, grapes and berries, a bit lactic. Nicely tart flavor of grapes, a bit of wine. Crisp and clean. Not very beer-like at all, but quite tasty nonetheless.

Keyaki Fall 2015. Pale gold with a small white head. Light Belgian yeast aroma with some cracker and lemon. Medium to soft carbonation with some light fruit, peach maybe? Boring blonde with a touch of Belgian yeast, underwhelming. --- Beer merged from original tick of Belgian Ale Himawari on 21 Sep 2015 at 14:18 - Score: 6
