Bottle at Kaeru. Dark brown, slightly smoky, bit of meat. Taste is roasty, bitter. Uses black sugar, but not much sweetness. Spicy. Interesting.

Bottle at Kaeru. Interesting smell, citrus, lime, shikuwasa I guess, but something else too. Maybe cloves. Slightly medicinal. Taste is good. Lime, something weird again. Would love to try this fruit. Wheatiness a bit further down but not the sweetness I would expect from a weizen. Good stuff though.

Bottle at Kaeru. Brown coloured with a chilli floating in it! Aroma is totally chilli dominated, but not spiciness wise, just the smell of the plant. Taste is great, pretty much chilli, and hard to find anything else but very fresh and real chilli taste. I really like it, but it's probably not right. Finish is a subtle burn.

Hazy light pale golden color. Very tart shiqusa nose. Very light tart and dry mouth with shiqusa light sourness hitting on all side. Tart and refreshing with well integrated fruit. Very nice

listed as a pale ale at Baku in Naha, but I was warned this isn’t really a pale ale. Somewhere between mahogany and light brown color. No head citrusy hops jump out of the nose, but it back up with some sugar cane sweetness (brown sugar). This amps up the sweetness, but not to a high level and this beer could have easily gone off track, but stayed on track. The finish starts a bit sweet but abruptly ends, though brown sugar notes subtly linger. I liked this beer. Def something unique.

Tap at Baku. Muddy orange-gold color with lace. Passion fruit and bread in the nose, biscuity, with nice balanced fruit. Tasty biscuit and fruit flavor, clean, really well done, not too sweet, nice tartness, rich malts. Great passion fruit flavor. A bit surprise, and much much better than the bottled beers I had from them.

Bottle at Kaeru. Nose of smoked chili peppers, roasted even, smoky. CLoudy brown with lace. Flavor is chili, light malts, some caramel and esters. The heat is bearable, but basically this tastes like roasted chilis, which I don’t really like. There is a bit of orange too. Reasonably well done but not beery enough.

Bottle at Kaeru. Spicy, lemony nose, pepper, wheat, cloves, grapefruit. Cloudy yellow. Fruity wheat flavor, bread. So-so.
