22oz bomber. Malty for a modern iPa, frothy off white head. Glowing orange caramel body. Delicate earthy mellow hops. Solid. Clean, classics, malty.

375ml bottle from Elise. 5000th rate! Unfiltered dulled orange-copper body. Not much of a head, not much carbonation at all, mellow cask feel. It is definitely citrusy and bright, a lot of puckering lemon and lime. Quite reminiscent of St. Louis Gueuze, maybe a little more sour. Captures some of the barnyard, wheaty essence of a classic lambic, which most sours seems to forget about. Intense, but also quite delicious. Exceeded my expecations, well done. The puckering vinegar, acetone notes come out more and more, and I lowered the score some for that.

Bottle. Spicy, herbal nose. Tart lemon and hibiscus. Red-brown color, flat. Very dry flavor, sour, light crisp. Doesn’t really go anywhere.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a cloudy amber with no head. The aroma is strong funk, oak, and fruit. Thin mouthfeel with strong ginger, funk, and very sour. Odd

Bomber - pour is a hazy dark copper - looks almost completely flat - nose is fairly sweet, with some banana, over-ripe apples, bubblegum - mostly flat in the mouth, kind of flabby all around - fairly sweet up front, with some baked apple flavors, a bit of spiciness - dries out later - some dusty/cobweb yeast notes, moderate acidity, mild banana esters - light peppery character - finish has some chalky qualities to it - no abv listed, but there is a fair amount of alcohol heat on the tail end that lingers a while, so my guess is it is at least 7% - finish is watery, with some vegetal notes - a very messy beer.
