Amber with a frothy, white head. Peaches, caramel, mild spice. Taste is bitter with a long, bitter to acrid finish. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. A dose of booze at the end. Drinkable, but not much fun.

Meine Gute, das ist nicht einfach. I didn't think it was possible to get so much honey in a beer. Almost thick. I found it impossible to drink more than a few sips. I should've given it back to the bees.

I like it! Quite a bit of rosemary (from Bulgaria, oddly). Most people seem to hate this beer. If you don't read the label, you'll be pretty shocked. A very unusual Pils.

Surprisingly the rum woodchips don't overpower this porter. Quite nice!

Same name same label, but now at 5.1%. Initial aroma of rotting fruit and electrical fire. It does get better with time in the glass, and something like candied, overripe citrus comes into play, but I would hesitate calling it pleasant. Taste is bittersweet, bitter at the back, both a touch citric and a touch roasted. Medium-bodied, good chewiness, moderate carbonation. Interesting experiment. Not coming together though.

Pale gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma is peppery, metallic, herbal. Taste is bitter with a very faint tartness. Peppery finish. Simple.
