Clear gold pour. Grainy, boozy aroma. Grainy, bready, boozy flavor with a little hops bitterness. Harsh. I didn’t have high expectations, but they still weren’t met.

19.2 ounce can from Laurenti’s ShopRite liquors in Mercerville. Medium gold pour. Frothy white head. Grainy malt aroma has grassy notes. Flavor is sweet, bready malt upfront. Fruity notes as well. Some warming alcohol. Sticky mouthfeel. Dry finish.

Hay, resin, coriander, and butterscotch. Sweet and medicinal, with a light, harsh bitterness. Light to medium body, sharp, and biting. Rough and acrid.

Silo. Aromas are malt and lime. Flavors are similar to nose with a little salt. Carbonation and body are okay. The tomato version is better.

Aromas are just what the label says - beer, tomatoes, lime and spices. Flavors are similar to nose, the tomatoes, lime and spices stand out more and add in a touch of salt. Good body and carbonation. Finish has a bit of heat with a little sweet. Not bad.
