A deep dark stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light coffee notes, light soy, light butterscotch, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of alcohol warmth, bitter chocolate with coffee grind, dark fruits, molasses, very nice. On tap at Zhangmen Cha-Cha location.

A lightly hazed golden amber ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light butterscotch, resinous and piney hops, pleasant. In mouth, a good biscuit malt with loads of resinous pungent floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. Well done. On tap at Kaohsiung cha-cha location.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of citrusy resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light grapefruit, good ipa but not Neipa. On tap at Kaohsiung Xintian location.

Draught at the ZhangMen taproom in Kaohsiung, on October 6, 2017. As part of a flight.Had a bunch of Chinese characters as well other than "American IPA" and 7.2% ABV + 59 IBU.A bit hazy copper color, dense off-white to yellow head. Brett like, bitter, floral, alcohol taste. Bitter, pith, harsh, brett like aftertaste. Brett like, cheese doodles, off scent. The first beer of 21 from this brewery I really see as flawed.3/4/4/3/6=2.0

Draught at the ZhangMen taproom in Kaohsiung, on October 6, 2017. As part of a flight.Listed as "APA" at 5.6% and 32 IBU, also plenty of Chinese characters I cannot understand. Guessing it fits here.Clear golden color, off-white head with lacing. Medicinal, hoppy, green, leafy taste. Warming alcohol. Bitter, dry, herbal aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness. A bit hoppy, mainly malty scent.6/4/5/3/11=2.9
