Draught at the ZhangMen taproom in Kaohsiung, on October 5, 2017. As part of a flight.Had this down as "Kölsch" at 4.6% and 25 IBU, but googled my name to UCCU and the characters.Hazy pale golden color, white head with some lacing. A bit weak taste, mainly malty, nothing wrong with it, just sort of bland. Mild malty and herbal aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low to very low bitterness. Malty, clean, hints of vegetal scent.5/3/5/3/10=2.6

Draught at the ZhangMen taproom in Kaohsiung, on October 5, 2017. As part of a flight.Hazy straw yellow to pale golden color, white head with some lacing. Herbal, hoppy, some citrus taste. Citrus, hoppy, bitter aftertaste. Full mouthfeel, lowish CO2, medium bitterness. Malty, citrus hoppy scent. A bit too modern in hop profile for a regular German pils, but leaving as of the name in style as it was sold as.7/3/6/4/13=3.3

As part of a flight.Had it from the list as Munich Helles at 5.1% and 17 IBU, but have to be the same as this one.Malty, cream, herbal, a tad bitter taste. Cream, malty, herbal, bitter aftertaste. Medium full mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Slight bit hazy golden color, white head. Malty, herbal, clean, cream scent.8/3/7/4/15=3.7

As a 250 ml pour for NT$180. 4.2% and 29 IBU.Only listed as "Irish Stout" but I think I've found the signs I cannot read is basically "Fly to Dublin", leaving the beer name for now as for a Chinese reading admin to check and perhaps change.Black color, tan head. Sweet, roasted, coffee taste. Coffee, roasted, grainy aftertaste. Medium light mouthfeel, medium lo bitterness. Roasted, coffee, a tad sweet scent.A nice representation of the style, also a nice beer.7/4/7/3/14=3.5

Banana ester, clove phenol, malty, cream, a tad sweet taste. Banana, clove, some smoke aftertaste. Medium full, still sort of fizzy, mouthfeel. Medium low bitterness. Malty, banana, mild scent.7/3/7/3/13=3.3

Spritziger, drückend bitterer Antrunk. Frischer Hopfen, dabei Aromen von Trauben, trocken, leicht blumig. Die aufkommende Trockenheit verringert dabei die Aromenvielfalt. Nett. 10/10/11/10//10

Poured from 330mL bottle (stamped 2016.06.22). Golden orange with off-white head, tiniest amount of sediment. Mild caramel malt, light herbal hopping with hints of grapefruit hops. Easy to drink, good balance, not huge flavour though.
