On tap at the brewery pours crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet grain malts some spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet grain malts some spice and grass.

On tap at the brewery pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet honey notes some light grain and grass. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey notes and a light grass hop.

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is big lemon forward notes and some tartness. Taste is more of the nice lemon notes some tartness and a touch of wheat.

18/5/2023. Flight pour at Zhang Men Brewery Taproom - Xinyi (Breeze). Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, leafy, orange, pomelo, pink grapefruit. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, light spritzy carbonation. Nicely drinkable.

18/5/2023. Flight pour at Zhang Men Brewery Taproom - Xinyi (Breeze). Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of rye bread, malt, citrus, passion fruit. Moderate sweetness, quite bitter. Moderate body, soft carbonation.

18/5/2023. Flight pour at Zhang Men Brewery Taproom - Xinyi (Breeze). Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Big guava aroma, with citrus, grass, and a touch of herb. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness with a guava tart edge. Light bodied, slightly creamy, soft carbonation. Guava worked very well, second best on flight 2.

18/5/2023. Flight pour at Zhang Men Brewery Taproom - Xinyi (Breeze). Pours slightly hazy pale golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is wheaty, herbal, ripe banana, yeast, burnt rubber, green cabbage. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. My least favourite of 2 flights.

18/5/2023. Flight pour at Zhang Men Brewery Taproom - Xinyi (Breeze). Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet malts, quite perfumed and soapy, citrus, grains, yeast, touch of herb. Medium sweetness and light bitterness with a slight tart edge. Light body, average carbonation. Some increasing soapy bitterness to finish.

Aroma of green plum, candy cane, plum jelly, lemon, lime, gooseberry, touch of herb. Moderate sweetness, medium green plum sours. Medium body, quite sticky, soft carbonation. Lovely tart and sweet finish. Very good indeed.

18/5/2023. Flight pour at Zhang Men Brewery Taproom - Xinyi (Breeze). Pours hazy dark yellow with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, sharp, lemony, soapy, herbal. Medium sweetness and moderate sourness. Light bodied, watery, average carbonation. Nice lemon tart finish.
