Tap at Bankan. Cloudy, glowing straw color with a thin, foamy white head that leaves a ring around throughout. Big pulpy peach-forward nose with some light rock salt-mineral notes as it warms and slight herbal aromas. Crisp and refreshing on the palate. Not overly sweet, but clearly tastes like peach. Almost like a peach mineral water, but with more body. Light bitterness on the finish. Decent enough and at least it is not sweet and cloying.
