Pours amber with a light bit of haziness, surprisingly dark for the style. Medium sized quite compact white head, shows good enough retention and nice lacing. A quite vivid aroma with sweet maltiness upfront: caramel, honey, borderline nuttiness, fruity hints (can't really pick something specific), a herbal/grassy underlying note bringing some freshness. Kinda reminds of a lager-like esb. Taste notes follow the aroma closely. Medium sweetness, medium to low bitterness, a light sweet edge in the mouth and a balanced dry enough finish. Perhaps lacking top-notch definition but surely nice. Medium or slightly below medium bodied, average carbonation, feels quite sessionable for the abv. Pretty nice.
